Ducks vs. Wildcats Gamethread

NCAA Basketball: Arizona State at Oregon Troy Wayrynen-USA TODAY Sports

Senior Day at Matthew Knight Arena as the Oregon Ducks (18-10, 8-7) host the No.14 Arizona Wildcats (22-6, 12-3), seeking to sweep the Arizona schools at home.

Here is the link to the game preview of tonight’s contest.

Arizona coach, Sean Miller, will not be coaching the Wildcats tonight after last night’s report involving current freshman, Deandre Ayton. A link can be found in the game preview about the current events surrounding the program.

Oregon has an opportunity to secure a win over a ranked opponent to boost their resume for the NCAA Tournament.

No matter the outcome tonight, the Ducks can view the Pac-12 Tournament as winnable for an automatic berth. Given the overall play by conference teams, the tournament is up for grabs.

For now, the Ducks need to focus on the task at hand before finishing the regular season on the road next week against the Washington schools.

Given the current situation with the Wildcats, will a win make a difference for the Ducks tonight? Can Oregon build off Thursday’s win over Arizona State?

The game thread is now open. Please be respectful.

Go Ducks!
