The Ducks won their opening game of the NIT last night with a come behind victory over Rider. The Ducks needed to come from behind in a game they started flat, and were sparked by a surprise performance from Victor Bailey Jr., who finished with 23 points.
Baseball improved to 12-4 on the season with a win over Gonzaga. The Ducks needed a 6 run seventh inning to come away with a 6-3 victory. Oregon had a mostly frustrating night offensively, as Gonzaga had a perfect game going through the third inning, and retired three straight batters in the 5th, 6th, and 8th innings.
Men’s golf finished the Bandon Dunes championship in sixth place overall as a team with a 4 under score on the strength of a 5 under final round. Ryan Gronlund finished with a final score of 4 under and a tie for ninth.
