Ducks vs. Cougars Gamethread

NCAA Basketball: Oregon at Washington State James Snook-USA TODAY Sports

The Pac-12 Tournament begins as the Oregon Ducks take on the Washington State Cougars in the first round. Tipoff starts at 8:30 p.m. PST with a telecast on the Pac-12 Networks.

Here is a link to the game preview of tonight's matchup. Redemption will be on the minds of the Ducks after losing to the Cougars up in Pullman a week ago.

The conference tournament is up for grabs this year given the overall performance by Pac-12 teams this season. Oregon is in a favorable position to possibly be in the championship game.

For Oregon, the tournament is must-win to gain entry into the NCAA Tournament. An appearance in the championship game will not be enough given the inconsistent play this season by the Ducks.

Realistically, do the Ducks have a shot of winning the Pac-12 Tournament? Who needs to step up? Will Oregon play with a sense of urgency knowing what is at stake?

The game thread is now open. Please be respectful.

Go Ducks!
