We finally have a home for the first drafted Duck in the 2018 NFL Draft!

The Denver Broncos have selected Ducks legend RB Royce Freeman with the 71st overall pick. (The seventh pick in the third round)

He joins a stellar draft class for the Broncos that has DE Bradley Chubb and WR Courtland Sutton thus far.

Freeman is the eighth running back taken in the first three rounds.

As I answered in the wonderful Q&A that Mr. Rob did, Freeman will be joining the Broncos backfield that also has a fellow Pac-12 RB in Devontae Booker. It remains to be seen what Freeman’s role will be at Mile High.

He joins a talented offense that features the likes of Sutton, Demaryius Thomas, and Emmanuel Sanders that is quarterbacked by newly signed Case Keenum of Vikings lore.

Where will Tyrell Crosby end up? Stay tuned!
