The Register Guard provides us with a position preview for the linebackers today. The duck linebacker group is anchored in the middle with defensive player of the year candidate Troy Dye.

With the most recent commitment Oregon jumped from 16th nationally to 12th nationally in the current recruiting rankings. Oregon moved past Ole Miss, Michigan, Texas, and Georgia with the commitment.

Oregon track will send 6 athletes, 4 women and 2 men, to the USATF Junior National championships this weekend in Bloomington, Indiana.
