Oregon grad transfer wide receiver Tabari Hines has officially been accepted into Oregon. I was not aware this was a hurdle that had not been met, but it’s good news none the less.

Oregon landed the commitment of the fifth rated wide receiver in the country, moving their class into the top five as well as rated by both rivals and 247 sports.
