Oregonlive previews athletes with Oregon ties that are projected to score points heading into this weeks NCAA track and field championships. The article is primarily Duck athletes but also includes local high school graduates who attend college elsewhere.

247 Sports asks if Tony Brooks James is up to the challenge of the starting at running back for an entire season. The senior ran for nearly 800 yards in back up duty but saw a drop off in production last year in Oregon’s one dimensional offense.

The Pac 12 will now require 6 wins for bowl eligibility. Washington State coach Mike Leach, to the surprise of no one, does not like the rule.
