We’ve done it, 7 out of 14 weeks in the review mirror!

At this point it sounds like a lot of folks have their routines at least somewhat dialed in, the key from here onward is consistency. 7 weeks left to make our goals, people.

And if you’re in the mood for some vicarious masochism, here’s a good piece profiling the Quintuple Anvil Triathlon race, which is basically 5 Ironman races either done individually over 5 days (wuss version) or continuously - that is, a 12 mile swim, 560 miles biking, & 131 mile run. Group goal for next year’s WTF series?
