Troy Dye is optimistic about Oregon’s defense in year two under Jim Leavitt and says that the goals this year are for a championship. Last year Dye finished with 107 tackles including 13.5 for a loss.

Oregon strength coach Aaron Feld coined the slogan for this years Ducks team in a weight room session, Take the Pac. The football team this year does not believe in first year glitches and is looking to simply continue the upward trajectory from last year.
