Austin Meek with The Register Guard talks to Emma Eddy about her, and the Ducks, fast start to the 2018 soccer season. Eddy has scored five goals so far this year and helped lead the Ducks to a 4-1-1 record. Up next is translating a good start into strong conference play.

True freshman cornerback Verone McKinley has found playing time in each of the first two games for the Ducks at the nickleback spot writes Steve Mims. Verone committed to Oregon under slick Willie but kept his commitment based upon trust in coach Cristobal and Leavitt.

GoDucks writes that volleyball swept Hawaii 3-0 to improve to 6-3 on the season. Oregon plays Hawaii again today to complete the back to back and the non conference season.
