Tight end Cam McCormick is out for the year with a broken leg after the first game of the year. McCormick was a surprise winner of a starting job in one of the deeper position groups on the team.

Duck recruits from last season and current Duck players enjoyed some schadenfreude at the expense of Mr. Do Something and FSU during last nights loss against Virginia Tech.

Oregon players say that in week two, one of their goals is a faster start to the game. Players say that there are lessons to learn in a come from behind victory but that they don’t want to make a habit of starting the game that way.
