Quack Fix 1-14-19: Basketball Victories

Men’s basketball bounced back from a tough loss against UCLA to soundly beat USC, 81-60. Oregon was lead by freshman Louis King with 19 points and 8 rebounds to go along with 6 assists.

Women’s basketball completed a weekend sweep for the second straight week to open the Pac 12 season. Oregon improved to 4-0 in conference by beating USC 72-52. The women were lead by Ruthie Hebard with 19 points and a career high 18 rebounds.

Indoor track has officially begun with the Oregon men and women competing this weekend at the Uw preview meet. The squads combined for 6 individual victories that were concentrated in the throws and sprints. The teams will have two weeks off before heading to the Razorback Invitational in Arkansas.
