We all know that ATQ readers are the most knowledgeable fans on the internet.
Now it’s time to prove it! Each week we’ll put up a series of PAC-12 polls with the goal of predicting that week’s PACtion.
Last week, ATQ chose four out of the five games correctly, but only two of five against the spread, Come on, everybody! My gambling profits double as my retirement fund, so do better!
THIS WEEK’S RESIDENT GENIUS IS:

“9 - 42, Oregon Wins. Herbert has 3 TD’s and 350 yards. Montez doesn’t know if he is coming or going and gets sacked by Kayvon”

UCLA @ STANFORD
TIME/CHANNEL: Thursday, 6:00 PM, ESPN
SEASON RECORD: UCLA (1-5, 1-2) / STAN (3-3, 2-2)
HISTORICAL RECORD: Stanford and UCLA have played 90 games since 1925. The Cardinal may be riding an 11 game win-streak against the Bruins, but UCLA holds the overall record at 45 to 42. Bet Stanford wishes they would have won the three tie games in this series.
NOTES: Both of these teams may be led by their backup quarterbacks. UCLA’s Dorian Thompson-Robinson returned to practice this week and hopes to relieve Austin Burton of his duties in the Bruins’ attempt to win their second game of the season, while Stanford has announced that both Davis Mills and K.J. Costello have been ruled questionable for this game. Can a hobbled Cardinal make it 12 in a row over the Bruins?

Oregon State @ California
TIME/CHANNEL: Saturday, 11:30 AM, PAC12N
SEASON RECORD: OSU (2-4, 1-2) / CAL (4-2, 1-2)
HISTORICAL RECORD: As of now, California holds a 38 to 33 lead over Oregon State. The Golden Bears also are riding a two game winning streak over the Beavers; seems like everybody has a winning streak over the Beavs... except Colorado.
NOTES: After building some momentum by beating UCLA and proving they’re not the worst team in the PAC-12, Oregon State was humiliated against an impressive Utah team. Now, they face a defense that may be just as good as Utah’s, but an offense that has struggled at times to put points on the board. The Golden Bears could use a pick me up after their loss to Oregon, perhaps Oregon State’s weak defense can help them out with that.

#12 Oregon @ #25 washington
TIME/CHANNEL: Saturday, 12:30 PM, ABC
SEASON RECORD: UO (5-1, 3-0) / Uw (5-2, 2-2)
HISTORICAL RECORD: Unfortunately, washington holds the all-time record, 60-46-5. A couple of interesting side notes: in 1973 the Ducks won this game 58-0, one year later the huskies won 66-0. Also, Oregon holds the longest winning streak in this series at 12.
NOTES: What is there to say besides HUCK THE FUSKIES!

#17 Arizona State @ #13 Utah
TIME/CHANNEL: Saturday, 3:00 PM, PAC12N
SEASON RECORD: ASU (5-1, 2-1) / UU (5-1, 2-1)
HISTORICAL RECORD: These two have only played 30 times since they first met in 1961 and the Sun Devils have dominated, winning 22 of them.
NOTES: This game is certainly too important for the PAC-12 Network, but Larry Scott is gonna Larry Scott. If Herm Edwards has his way this will be a close game, so the question is will the Utes be on the good or bad side of the barn burner? Just about everything is still on the table for the Utes, can Tyler Huntley lead his team to another big-time victory?

Colorado @ washington State
TIME/CHANNEL: Saturday, 4:00 PM, ESPNU
SEASON RECORD: CU (3-3, 1-2) / WSU (3-3, 0-3)
HISTORICAL RECORD: This year’s match-up will determine a new leader in the Cougars-Buffaloes rivalry as the teams are tied at six apiece. Though Wazzu has won the last two .
NOTES: We all know how bad Colorado’s butt-kicking was last week, but perhaps the perfect remedy for Steven Montez and the Buff offense is Wazzu’s secondary. These two teams are desperate to improve their record and will look to air it out against the other team, could this result in another crazy Cougar shootout?

Arizona @ USC
TIME/CHANNEL: Saturday, 6:30 PM, PAC12N
SEASON RECORD: UA (4-2, 2-1) / USC (3-3, 2-1)
HISTORICAL RECORD: The Trojans have been humiliating the Wildcats since 1916. In fact, USC won the first 64 years of this competition and hold a 33 to 8 series lead over Arizona.
NOTES: The Wildcats have a huge opportunity here. A win over USC would mean the Wildcats control their own PAC-12 South destiny. The Trojans looked good in their loss to Notre Dame, but that’s nothing new. This is a huge game for both teams as the loser will basically be eliminated from the division race. One big question before the game: will Khalil Tate earn the start after a disastrous game against washington?
