Quack Fix 10-2-19: Bye Week Film Study

The Ducks used last weeks bye week to address two issues on offense, film review for the running backs and improving health for the wide receivers. Arroyo has hinted at some schematic changes in the run game that have altered the communication between the offensive line and running backs that were addressed through film study.

Volleyball looks to follow up their upset victory over 18th ranked Utah with victories over third ranked Stanford and 19th ranked Cal coming up over the next week. The Ducks remain below .500 at 5-6-1 after a slower than expected start tot he season and a difficult schedule.

Women’s golf held onto their second place position at the finish of the Molly Collegiate Invite at Portland’s Waverley Country Club. The Ducks were lead by freshman Briana Chacon in 5th place overall as an individual.

Men’s golf also held onto their second round spot for a 14th place finish at the Nike Collegiate Invitational. The Ducks were lead by freshman Nate Stember who finished 30th overall at 1 over par and closed out the tournament with an Eagle.
