Coach Cristobal provides injury updates for Troy Dye, Deommodore Lenoir, and CJ Verdell. All three are expected to play on Saturday, and are practicing this week with some limitations.

Satou Sabally was named to the preseason watch list for the Cheryl Miller Award, given tot eh best small forward in the nation. The initial watch list includes 20 athletes, Sabally was a finalist for last years award.

NBC Sports lists the Oregon men’s basketball team as one of 11 that has a shot at a national title this year. Strengths are a veteran point guard, a strong freshman class, and some high level transfers, all are expected to bring balance to the team.
