Oregonlive offers 12 takeaways from the Oregon victory this weekend. The offense was sloppy but outside mistakes the running game looked good, and true freshman Kayvon Thibodeaux is starting to put it all together.

Volleyball was swept over the weekend by Cal, 3-0. Oregon is now 1-3 in conference play in a season that has so far not met expectations. The Ducks were ranked 11th to start the season but have struggled wit injuries and acclimating young players to college.

Soccer lost 2-0 to Utah this weekend. Soccer falls to 4-3-4 on the season and 0-2-1 in conference play so far this year. The game was tied at 0-0 until the 63rd minute of the game when Utah scored their first goal before adding an insurance goal to put the game away.
