The Ducks moved up three spots in the SB Nation FanPulse Poll to #8 after dismantling the Arizona Wildcats.

Thankfully, SB Nation does not determine who makes it into the playoffs, because as of now Oregon would be a longshot as they are behind fellow one-loss teams Utah, Oklahoma and Alabama, outside of the top four. #7 Utah is the only other PAC-12 team to make the top 25, and #14 Auburn is the only Duck win in the standings.

Normally, Dana Altman’s teams take some time to gel, but things are off to a quick start as Payton Pritchard and company already have a top-25 win over #16 Memphis and the Ducks are ranked #11. Fans couldn’t be happier with the basketball program and it’s safe to say that the results of this poll can also be used for the Women’s program as well.

And when asked who was most likely to make the college football playoffs, Georgia and Oregon were nearly tied at the top, the Bulldogs being the overall favorite.
