Happy Civil War weekend everyone! Oregon Women take care of business last night in impressive fashion! I loved seeing the rocking, packed house and all of the much deserved support the women are getting in Eugene. March is going to bring some very exciting times!
Your Civil War discussion topic of the day - If I don’t let you pick the 2009 Civil War in football, what is your favorite Civil War memory? I’m going to go with unconventional and say sitting in Mac Court for late 80s/early 90s MBB Civil Wars when both teams were bad and nothing meant anything. OSU was still surviving off the glory of their great early 80’s team and Oregon was never any good. We sat in the 3rd balcony in huge groups of friends, stomping and screaming for two abysmally bad teams. It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
