Today is the final national signing day for football. While the early signing day has captured most of the attention and removed most of the drama, Oregon is still in line to potentially add a couple of commitments to an already strong class.
Sabrina Ionescu and Ruthie Hebard have made the cut for the final 20 on the Wooden Award watch list. There are three other players in the Pac 12 that made the cut, though Oregon is the only conference school with multiple finalists. Sabrina Ionescu was a finalist last year.
After a long and drama filled off season, the softball team will begin actually playing softball this weekend in Tempe, Arizona, at the Kajikawa Classic. Oregon returns only five players from last seasons run to the college world series.
