Sabrina Ionescu has announced that she will return for her senior year of college and forego an opportunity to be the #1 overall pick in the WNBA draft this year. Sabrina is coming back to take care of “unfinished business” and says that she’s working to build the foundation of something special in Eugene.

Baseball swept a Saturday doubleheader with Fresno State, winning 5-3 and 8-7. The win in the second game required some late drama as Oregon took the lead in the 9th inning on a two run single with the bases loaded.

Softball went 3-1 this weekend in two doubleheaders. Oregon defeated Pittsburgh on Sunday, 4-3, before falling to Missouri by a score of 8-0. Softball has a 3 game conference series this weekend against #1 ranked UCLA.
