The IAAF World Track and Field Championships begin tomorrow and will feature 9 Duck Track alumni. The group is headlined by defending world champion Phyllis Francis at 400 meters. Also competing are recent alumni Jessica Hull and everyone’s favorite hurdler, Devon Allen.

Heading into the bye week coach Cristobal talks about the running game and admits that it has been “out of sync” so far this year. The indication is that addressing issues in the run game will be a priority with a week off from game prep.

NBC Sports looks at how the Oregon passing attack stands to improve with the additions of healthy Mycah Pittman, Juwon Johnson, and Brendan Schooler. Pittman seems likely available against Cal, while Johnson and Schooler seem a bit more up in the air.
