Volleyball lost their conference opener in five sets to Oregon State last night. The Ducks won almost all statistical categories, helped by a dominating first set win, but couldn’t pull off the match victory. Next up is 18th ranked Utah in Eugene.
As the Ducks reach their bye week, ESPN lists Oregon as a heavy favorite to win the conference and the only remaining Pac 12 team with a chance to make the playoff. Through the article notes (rather obviously) that the Ducks would have to win out to have a chance.
