Oregonlive tells the story of the reactions to the Rose Bowl victory for Justin Herbert and his teammates. Herbert ran for three touchdowns but was held to his lowest passing output of any game he completed in his career.

The Daily Emerald says that the Rose Bowl Victory is significant for the Pac 12 conference as a whole. The conference suffered embarrassing losses from Utah and USC which put additional emphasis on the Rose Bowl.
