Quack Fix 1-28-20: Player of the Week

Chris Duarte was named conference player of the week for his efforts against the L.A. schools. Duarte followed a 30 point, 11 rebound, and 8 assist game against USC with a 24 point, 5 rebound, and 5 assist game against UCLA. This is Duarte’s second award of the year.

Oregon Aerobics and Tumbling is ranked second nationally to start the season after making it to the national finals last year. The Ducks will host the national championships this year for the second time.

Portland has been announced as a finalist to host the women’s NCAA Final Four for 2025 or 2026 along with Columbus, Phoenix, and Tampa. Portland has been hosted NCAA regional championships, and will host again in 2020.
