Women’s basketball opened up conference play with two dominant wins at home, beginning with a 104-46 victory over Colorado and capped by a 88-51 victory over Utah. The loss for Utah was the worst the program had suffered in 26 years.

Men’s basketball defeated Utah on the road to earn a road split in the first week of conference play. The Ducks overcame a late game 8 point possession from Utah that included multiple offensive rebounds, a made three, and a flagrant foul on the Ducks.

Justin Herbert will be honored for his Campbell Trophy during the national championship game. Herbert was awarded the trophy for his academic and athletic excellence, Herbert was also Rose Bowl Offensive MVP.
