Tyler Shough and the Oregon offense are off to a strong start despite a low-level of visibility in Corvallis due to a heavy fog. Shough has scored a touchdown on the ground and through the air, however, an interception in the second quarter kept the young QB humble.

Devon Williams has already made a big impression on the game—racking up 93 yards and a touchdown on just three receptions—though Jermar Jefferson has kept this a competitive contest with an 82-yard early rushing touchdown to accompany his 149 first-half rushing yards.

• The Beavers were forced to settle for a 34-yard field goal off the foot of Caleb Lightbourn.
