The Oregon Football team continues to be a program built on brotherly love. Jonathan Flowe, the four-star outside linebacker and brother of Oregon’s Justin Flowe, announced his decision to commit to the Ducks’ 2021 class on Tuesday via twitter.
I praise God for my family who has been so supportive. I also want to thank my coaches who have helped me along the way. After long talks with Coach Wilson and Coach Cristobal, I have decided that I want to play alongside my brother and will be committing to the Univ of Oregon! pic.twitter.com/QUkXUjWoTb

According to the 247 composite, Jonathan is the 13th best prospect at his position and the 19th best prospect out of California. Just like his older brother, Jonathan comes from Upland, California and played for Upland High School. The 6-foot-1, 200-pound linebacker is a welcome addition to an already stacked position at Oregon, and his commitment took place just one day before the end of the early signing period.
Jonathan is the 21st commitment to the Ducks’ 2021 class, which currently leads the PAC-12 (well ahead of No. 12 USC and No. 23 Cal) and is 6th best in the nation. He had offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Ohio State and other top-tier programs, as well as PAC-12 foes Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, Oregon State, USC and Lossington. This is gearing up to be Oregon’s best recruiting class in program history.
This news is coming off of the de-commitment of Christian Burkhalter, the three-star OLB/DE that is now committed to UCLA.
