Jaylin Davies, 4* Cornerback, Commits to Ducks

Ducks Crootin strikes again!!!

NCAA Football: Arizona State at Oregon Cole Elsasser-USA TODAY Sports

Another key target for the Ducks just announced his commitment for the 2021 class. Jaylin Davies, the 6-1, 165-lb cornerback from Santa Ana, CA announced his intent to play for the Oregon Ducks in a very cool barbershop-themed video. Davies chose the Ducks from a final four that also included Arizona State, Ohio State and USC.

A product of powerhouse Mater Dei High School, Davies is the 15th ranked CB in the 2021 class, and the 20th overall recruit in the state of California, according to 247 sports. One of the most impressive aspects of Davies’ commitment is that the Ducks weren’t apart of the Top 7 he released back in April. Oregon came in hard and strong and made the cut into his final four before landing his commitment. Davies joins Darren Barkins and Jadarrius Perkins in Oregon’s secondary for the class of 2021.

Jaylin’s commitment bumps Oregon’s 2021 class up to 6th nationally, just behind USC. Oregon has been hot on the recruiting trail of late, and shows no signs of slowing down.

Sco Ducks!
