My seeding was looking so sound until now, but a 5v7 in the Elite Eight has the commentariat calling for the complete dismantling of HRD Industries.  Or maybe everybody just got sick of the Stormtrooper look after all was said and done. Also of interest, it's an all-2013 matchup sure to satisfy your inner wagonjumper.

Time: October 12, 2013.

Result: Oregon 45, Washington 24.

Bracket victims: We Did What to Stanford?, God Hates Volt, Stormtrooper.

Laundry: The management regrets to inform you that the Washington Husky hands-on-hips action figure is not available for purchase as a uniform accessory in your territory. Also, your little sister broke the Bralon Addison figure's leg in half while trying to fit it into a spring game uniform. One highly valuable lesson the bracket has taught me is that a splash of a 'neutral' color is just enough for most uniforms to look great.  This one is a prime example.  It's a regular old Stormtrooper until you put the hat on.  It's got enough green and yellow to satisfy the purists.  Despite its seeding, it's pretty dope.  The one thing going against it is that I inadvertently named it after a broke-ass awful stadium in Pontiac, Michigan.  Whoops, I was supposed to turn down that cursing for the front page. Sorry, mods. Sorry, impressionable young Duck fans.

Result: Oregon 59, Virginia 10.

Laundry: Or, RUNTMFree, as the case may be.  Free wasn't in the band yet for this game, of course.  Anywho, I warned you that you'd be Voting For Nuance again, so punch here if you like grey pants.  Punch up there if you like white pants.  Hanging chads or votes for Lizard People will not be tallied, so please vote carefully.  It's otherwise the exact same uniform as its opponent, right down to the shoes.  So just go back up and read all the nice things I said about Silverdome, because I'm really too lazy to pretend that grey pants are all that different from white ones.  They're both really great uniforms.  Sophie's Choice (DJ Twin remix) it is!
