Dillon Brooks, Tyler Dorsey to Return to Oregon Basketball in 2016-17

Huge boost for Ducks basketball next season.

Dillon Brooks and Tyler Dorsey will delay their NBA plans for one more season in order to play again for the Oregon Ducks.

Both basketball stars utilized a new rule allowing them to declare for the draft and workout for NBA teams, but return to college after testing the professional waters.

Brooks led Oregon in scoring with 16.7 points per game last year, and also added 5.4 rebounds and 3.1 assists per contest. Dorsey averaged 13.4 points and 4.3 rebounds per game. Neither was invited to the NBA combine.

With these two returning, the Ducks keep three of the top four scorers from last season's Elite Eight team and should be a contender again next year.
