There are only a few weeks left in the season, and as of right now USA Today projects the Oregon Ducks to become a No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

The Ducks took down USC in their last outing, erasing some of the memories of the previous loss to UCLA.

USA Today’s projection has Oregon taking on Texas State in Sacramento to open its tournament run, with the winner taking on either Oklahoma State or Syracuse. Other Pac-12 teams in the lineup include Cal (9 seed), UCLA (4 seed), Arizona (3) and USC (8). Utah could also still sneak in with an at-large bid.

The four No. 1 seeds are Gonzaga, Villanova, Kansas and Baylor. Of course, Oregon still has a shot to break into that category with a strong finish to the regular season and Pac-12 tournament.

Up next, the Ducks return to Eugene for their final two home games of the regular season. UO welcomes Utah to Matthew Knight Arena on Thursday, Feb. 16 at 6 p.m. PT before hosting Colorado on Saturday, Feb. 18 at noon PT.
