- Oregon baseball's hot streak continues. The Ducks played their first home game last night and streaked out to an early lead they wouldn't relinquish, beating Portland 8-2.
- As Oregon's new defensive coordinator, Don Pellum has an important task in front of him. While Oregon was overall very good on defense, their third-down defense last year was good (or bad?) for 10th in the conference.
