Felix, a 5-11, 194-pound Florida native, is the nation’s No. 9 all-purpose back per 247Sports. He picked the Ducks over Tennessee, Miami, North Carolina and many others.
Oregon coach Willie Taggart was a bit cryptic, but he’s clearly excited about his new addition to the 2017 class.
